The first thing is to inform him/notify him on email or on his WhatsApp or on a phone call with recording. If you still remain adamant, send him a legal notice through your lawyer. Post sending the legal notice, please file the rent petition for eviction before the appropriate authority /rent controller in Gurgaon(Civil Judges have additional charge).

No, nothing will happen. Don’t worry.Google is a third party app, and it won’t be filing any complaint against you before the police authorities. And do not expect Google to give you back your account as strictly follow their child abuse policy.

My father was test-driving the vehicle at cars 24. While parking it, he mistakenly touched another car which caused a slight scratch on both the cars. Cars 24 forced us that either we pay damages for the scratch or buy car now. We wanted to pay damages (Rs3000) but they offered a discount and convinced us to buy the car instead. On the first day, i noticed some major issues but they denied return request even when it was within the 7 day return period saying that you hit the car while buying.
