Q: Amount Recovery for selling Goods

I, Vikas Matta, running a firm of surgical, One year past, A hospital purchased goods from my firm with invoice. But not doing payment.

Hi vikas,you have two options for your recovery of money.(1) you can file the recovery suit against the hospital and for recovery suit you have to file a proper court fees then by way of court proceedings you can recover your money(2) if you have cheque which is drawn by the hospital then you can initiate the proceedings of section 138 of negotiable instruments act against the hospital.

Q: Builder building extra room without permission

I live in faridabad where the top floor of flats are 2bhk but now some builder is building a 3rd room without my consent... How can I just stop him because lenter will be poured today

firstly you should read your agreement between both the parties and can check into this whether the builder can build a 3rd room with prior consent if not then you can file the injunction suit or the mandatory injunction suit in the court and you can get the stay against them

Q: Lended money to a friend in Pune

A Friend from old company asked for some money in bits and total amount was given around 1.2 lakh and after that from the past three months daily he is telling u'll get the money but he is not returning the money. Money was given to him via upi from Gurgaon and the guy is from Pune.please suggest

firstly, you have to send a legal notice for claiming the money and can give 10-15 days time to the opposite party after that you can file a recovery suit for that than you will definitely get your money with interest.For a recovery suit you have to file a proper court fee
