Xerox copy of will unreadable(no original)

14-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
I'm planning to buy DC approved residential site in Bangalore in Bidarahalli with Gram panchayat approval from developer. Xerox copy of will from 1983 is unreadable, RTC, EC and other intact. Is this high risk?
