Widowed Sisters in law's right on family's ancestral property

My father inherited a property purchased by his father in 1948. After my grand father death my father inherited that property as he is only son in 1995. And my two aunts are married .now my father want to settle that property by way of gift settlement to me after my brother death in 2015. Now my question is can my sister in law can claim this property on the basis of ancestral property. My brother had two children.
The property undevided In Hindu family is liable to be partition. As per your query your aunts have right to claim their right in the ancestral property and your brother sons also having right in that property
