Who to consult for information on buying a flat

Dear Sir / Madam Greetings Total saleable area of my (ongoing construction) flat is 1767.10 & total plinth area is 1237.451 & common area is 430.74 & Amenity area is 98.90. I would just like to take your opinion regarding this . Is the above acceptable ? Looking forward to hearing from you soon . Regards Aadil
From what you have stated it appears to be satisfactory but your future re sale price will depend on the value of the common area . But everything depends on the terms of the agreement and whether the builder is registered with the real estate regulatory authority.etc.
