my father made a will of each house, who ever take high price house should have to pay the difference and we agree. The question is the differ price need to pay after the will or after the acquisition of property
First of all you have to go through the contents of the Will what your father executed? Otherwise it cannot be tell since you cannot execute the will immediately after its execution by your father. First of all you have to see what he has written and then follow. Probably at the time of acquisition of the property, the difference amount shall be payable
