Whether wife has right on Husband sold property

Person(Let say 'X') has recived property from his Ancestors. Later 'X' has gifted & registered the property to his brother.
Recently 'X' got expired. Now X's wife is planning for filing a case in court by stating, she haven't signed at the time of land registration.
Is she have right on the property which was sold/gifted by Husband to others ?
It depends on what clauses written the gift deed. Once the property is gifted to anyone, after his death all the legal hiers have entitled in the same property. Without read the gift deed cannot say who is entitled to right after his death. If you need further advice please contact me.
