My name is Sandeep Shetty ,the flat in the name of My father and I have two sister .Since 1995 I have to bear all flat expenses .Eventhough when Flat loan EMI is not paid by my father and hdfc was going seal that flat but I am got stand and assure them whatever future emi wiil paid by me .After that I am only cleared the all emi and got Original flat document .In 2005 my sister was married and we gave her Gold and 5 Lakh amount for marriage and in 2009 my second sister was married ,in this marriage ,my mother's native place was sold and we got 4 Lakh amount . Thourgh this amount and other saving ,all together 10 Lakh spend for this marriage.Now my both the sister husband having their own flat and doing their own business .There is nothing any financial problem.But I am depend on my father's flat ,I do not have any flat and financially not sound .I am doing clerical work in school. Now my mother is not agree to nominate myself and my mother.She wants to put her 2 daughrters name also
