Q: Property issue with my sister who already got her property share room
I am having property (Room) in Ulhasnagar where my Father and Mother was staying but after my father's death my sister is staying temporary with my mother and with her husband. My father purchased rooms for my brother and for my sister after their marriage. After my marriage I am staying in rented house. Before father's death my sister sold her property (Room) and staying with my father due to his health issue. Now she is not leaving that room which is mine as my mother gifted or sold that property to me and she is staying with me now. I have changed light bill and property tax bill in my name. Kindly suggest how can I tell her to leave my room as she starting verbal argument every time when asked her to leave room. Property was purchased by my father in my mother's name but property is in chawl so not registered.

Q: House land - Property transfer on my name
Iam a Sunni Muslim from palghar ( Maharashtra) and my father died without will so how can I get two property transfer on my name. First property is house with land given by govt as a part of nuclear power plant rehabilitation, our entire village was shifted for building power plant n we also were having house in our village so we got. Second property is ancestor property. We r just two member now me n my mother. Don't have any sibling. What will be needed to transfer property on my name ?

I had been in relation with a women from saho in chamba Himachal for 2 plus years. I did every thing for her .. Bought her phones,stood by her in tough times, she promised me marriage,but after 2 years she is denying me marrige she used me emotionally mentally and is driving me for sucide.
