What to do my neighbor got a stay order on my property

My neighbour filed a case against me by claiming that her legal way to the main road is by my plot. Then she called the district commisioner and take stay on that plot by showing her old praman patra in 1975 . Which states that she has 10 cents of land in north eastern region of the plot and no one can question it. But in our praman patra nothing was mentioned and for twenty years we are using it . we didnt have the path to the road we bought from our neighbour before twenty years. She started using my plot to travel to her house now with the use of stay notice from court. Now my advocate says this case will continue for another 20 years to get the judgement. In this case how can i prove that the land is belong to me and she dont have any right in my land?
