What is the legal validity of sale deed against sale deed of grandsons

In 1949 father mortgaged with conditional sale a kuccha house and a mango orchard duly witnessed and registered with mortgagee s/o late represented his two minor sons too.In 1953 redeemed kuccha house and sold orchard by duly witnessed and registered sale deed representated his two minor sons which was duly mutated but rent is not uptodate.Now grandsons are producing a registered sale deed executed by late in 1946 in favour of eldest son not stated minor now dead mutated half a year back without our notice.Grandsons are raising disputes.What is legal validity of our sale deed against sale deed produced by grandsons.They are clandestinely grabbing the land.Sec.144 is imposed so far.We belong to Hinduism.
