What are the rights of my father over his father's property

Sir mere pitaji 5 bhai hai. Mere bade chacha ji ke naam par mere dada ji ne 2.5 deciml jameen 1970 se pehle lekhwa diya tha par ab mere pitaji ki death ho gayi hai, jis samay wo jameen mere dadaji ne chacha ke naam kiya tha tab mere koi chacha ka janam nahi hua tha... ab usne us jameen ko bech diya aur baki ko koi haq nahi diya. To kya kanoonan us jameen par baaki bhaiyon ka koi haq nahi hai...pls help me sir ?
Under Hindu Law these property/land are family property and everyone has equal right over the property. No one can sell the property on the pretext that the same is in his name. He can only sell the property when it is equally divided between all shareholders.
