Dear sir's , I have one problem with my uncle - I mean with my dad's brother , we have one grandpa house and he didn't wrote house for anyone in my family and my grandpa died 2007 , my dad also died at 2009 , so now my dad' brother asking to share full house , if we put case we will win ?

your father and your uncle if they are only two children to your grandfather then both will have equal shares in that. is your uncle living in that or is it vacant or rented out? you have to act fast to claim this.
