Want to sell the 3 katha land of two storied buildings

Have 3 katha land with 2 storied building in favour of my father & the 3 sister of him(pisi) . Out of 3 sister 2 sister got married & both of them are surrender their portion to my father & another 1 sister of my father (pisi) as a gift deed. 1 siter was unmarried & she stayed with us. My father died on 2012, & my aunt (unmarried) who stayed with us died on 2014... Right now I want to sell the house. What should I do.is there any problems come to sell it? We are hindu
