Want to purchase house built on agricultural land belonging to SC

Sir can I general brahmin purchase a house made on agriculture land (barani) from a sc person. This plot was purchased by himself from a general and made house.
Sir in this query you have asked to purchase a house belong to sedule cast so acxording to the rajasthan tenancy act 1955 sec 4 says that general person can not buy a house or land belo g to sc st land.
