validity of will deeds of land after construction on it

Hi SIr, Last year my father made a will deeds for me & my brother for 100 yard equally ( 50 yard for me and 50 yard for my brother )in land. Now this years house has been constructed on it. 1.My question is that will deed is valid regarding property as it is now construed new house?? 2. There is need to again register a will deed according to build up area ?? Thanks

Query perused. There is no need for getting the Will registered again. It stands valid for all time to come. However, you should file a suit for partition of the property in meets and bounds. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.
