Undivided property gift deed of shares

My grandmother (HUF) has undivided property has 3 daughters and 3sons, my grandfather and one uncle shares were gifted though gift deed both died soon after, no other shareholders know about gift deeds now my mother asking for her claim of shares that uncle neither showing papers nor giving her the shares only asking for gift of shares through gift deed
To give opinion, it is necessary to know whether your grandfather died after the death of your grandmother or not and whether the concerned Gift Deed was executed after death of your grandmother or not.
