Uncle made POA fraudly when I was 16 yr old on his name and sold my la

After death of my mother and father my uncle became my guardian.At that time i was 14 yr old. When i was 15 yr old in 2012 my uncle taken Power of attorney from me to sale my lands , he show my age 22 in that power of attorney fraudly with help of some corrupt official. In 2020 partition of my ancestral property happened, then i came to know i don't have any land. He sold some land and few land register in his son name. Some how i managed to take Xerox of that power of attorney then i came to know in 2012 he taken me registry office to sign that POA. In that POA my age is 22. but my actual age in 2012 was 15 yrs, i have matric certificate, Aadhar, Voters ID etc. Now what should i do

First give him a notice stating all these things. In case of minor entire transaction is revocable and in power of attorney the age has been shown as 22 which is also wrong. So you can also file a criminal case for fraud as well as suit for declaring entire transaction as void.
