Q: Mutation stay by myself and my rights

I am a widow with 2 young girls. My father inlaw sold one inherited property under infulance of my brother inlaw without my or my daughters permission .I have put an objection on mutation. do i have legal right to the share of this sold property or not ? and what shall i do to protect my and my daughters rights . my twin daughters are just 12 years old. pls advice .

You can file a title partition suit in the district court where the property is located claiming your share in the ancestral property. A schedule would be prepared in the plaint where details of all properties will be mentioned.

Q: What is the full form of GR No and Tr No in court cases?

Can you please confirm what GR No and TR No mean? The police have informed me that my bail application was rejected and asked me to apply for bail in court, or else I'll be arrested. How can I track this online? Do GR No or TR No refer to the case number? Please suggest.

An initiatory pleading properly filed shall be assigned a docket or G.R. (General Register) number, which shall identify the case for record purposes until its termination under the Rules of Court. File a bail petition and take bail in the case that is against you. It can't be tracked online. First, get a copy of the FIR or Complaint against you from a competent civil court.

Q: Can similar case be filed in two different courts at the same time ?

I want to know that if one complaint case-156(3) u/s 498a,406,34 ipc in which the bail order has already been granted & the chargesheet has been filed,then in that situation can another complaint case-156(3) u/s 498a,406,34 ipc can be filed in another court? if not so then what is to be done against that? if it is not allowed under law then which is the section of ipc/crpc deals with the same? can a case of 420 be filed in this case? what is the supreme court judgment on parallel proceedings ?

No once you have filed the case and the accused has taken bail, for the same offence you can't file the case again. You can go for cancellation of bail or you can press your case before the trial court nicely

Prostitution is not legal in India further if you have been caught having sex and the girl is below 18 years you will be taken to task and if the girl is above 18 years and there is consensual sex nothing will happen

Prostitution is not fully legal in India. However, if you are caught engaging in sex with a minor (below 18 years), you can face serious legal action and strict punishment.

If the woman is above 18 years and the act is consensual, there is no legal punishment for the client. However, sex work is restricted under the law, and activities like soliciting in public, running a brothel, or pimping are illegal.
