An initiatory pleading properly filed shall be assigned a docket or G.R. (General Register) number, which shall identify the case for record purposes until its termination under the Rules of Court.File a bail petition and take bail in the case which is against you. It can’t be tracked online. First get the copy of FIR or Complaint against you from competent civil court.
Q: Can similar case be filed in two different courts at the same time ?
I want to know that if one complaint case-156(3) u/s 498a,406,34 ipc in which the bail order has already been granted & the chargesheet has been filed,then in that situation can another complaint case-156(3) u/s 498a,406,34 ipc can be filed in another court? if not so then what is to be done against that? if it is not allowed under law then which is the section of ipc/crpc deals with the same? can a case of 420 be filed in this case? what is the supreme court judgment on parallel proceedings ?

No once you have filed the case and the accused has taken bail, for the same offence you can't file the case again. You can go for cancellation of bail or you can press your case before the trial court nicely

Prostitution is not legal in India further if you have been caught having sex and the girl is below 18 years you will be taken to task and if the girl is above 18 years and there is consensual sex nothing will happen

Not always. You have to get a certified copy of the khatiyan to verify it. Gair majaura is not always Govt Land. Bihar Land acquisition manual can be seen. Department of land and revenue reforms is the department which deals with it. भूमि अधिग्रहण के किसी भी मामले में सिर्फ गैर मजरुआ खास देखते ही उसको सरकारी भूमि घोषित कर दिया जाता है (अगर वो मकान मय सहन बक़ब्जे फलां हो तो भी)।
