Transfer of property to ex-husband

04-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
Religion: Catholic Martial Status: Divorced Nationality: EU citizens with OCI Jointly outright own 3BHK in Thane District with ex-husband & late mother-in-law (Indian, expired in India). I wish to "gift deed" or transfer the property to him, giving up all claims. We currently live abroad in different countries. What is the simplest method going forward? If possible would rather not have any face to face contact. Mother--in-laws heirs will sign Relinquishment deed to him. Currently buyer available but needs a bank loan.

You can sign Power of authority in favour of any person to whom you trust. You can allow to Power of attorney holder through POA right to sell or any other concern right or work.Therby you need not to come for sell transaction personally.
