Transfer of property inherited by husband

My husband has acquired one plot by own resources and two plots have been inherited. We have one daughter. My husband wants to transfer the inherited property to one of his nephew.
What is the legal remedy.
We belong to a Hindu family
now krta of the family is alive therefore legally now daughter has no legal right to claim in the property but you have right to file a complaint against your husband under DV ACT, in this complaint you can file an application for stay of property against your husband which is very useful for your interest and daughter interested, property will be stayed and husband can not transfer to further
