Q: I have been accused wrongly in suicide case. Section 306 in FIR

A guard committed suicide in our school. His father filed FIR based on the suicide note of guard& I am one of accused. The suicide note has my name with comment that I have harassed him & insulted him. He was working here from last only 2 months.The actual fact is that we communicate only three times,yes just three times and that conversation was simple just hello hii wasupp.Not more than that.I am shocked when police told me in sucide note my name is there. 2 other teacher name was there with same comment of harassing. Seriously this is mystry for us. Now what can i do?

you have right to file bail application first in the proper court of law and after that you approach to the authority for fair investigation in the case and you put your evidence before authority then your matter will bi short outed

you have right to file complaint against your son in the court of of law and you have also right to file suit for permanent injunction against your son you can also adop penal provision against your son which is very effective in the eyes of law
