To find my own built house by legally through advice

Sir,
I am an ex serviceman. I am three brothers. My parents demised. I am residing away from my own house since 1994when I joined army. Before my job my family was very poor and that time my house was KACHCHA GHAR built by clay having only two walls and one CHHAPPAR. After my job I started to build my house till 2001 with double storey. I retired in 2018. I asked to my brother to share the house and live with my spouse and children but they denied to share any inch of house. I can't fight with them. I still living in rental house with my wife and children. The land of house is parental but not registered in any one name. What I should do. I want if they give my lumpsum amount which I spent in built of house or thay vacate that house. What to do please.
you can claim share in your parental house through filing a petition for partition of house. if the partition is not possible then court will direct your other brothers to give value of your share. you should contact a competant lawyer and take suitable advice from him and accordingly file a civil suit against your brothers.
