Third party possession on property

On 7/12 my father name appearing, my oldest uncle sold my father's property share to another person without any intimation to my father and younger uncle. My father died in 2012. Now there is third party possession on my father's property. What legal action we can take to get the said property transferred on my name?
you have to file civil suit for partition , seperate possession and for cancellation of deeds subject to limitation act. further you may require to see whether any deed has beennexecuted by your father in favour of your uncle.
