Summon issued by court but I can't reach.pls give suggestions .

I have purchased a plot from two partner and registery of plot is already done.but now I got a summon from one partner that I am doing illegally construction and not do anything till proper course of partitions.what I do ,can I ignored summon.
Hi, hi need to appear before the court and see what case they have filed. If they have taken stay then you can not proceed further work on sit. It better to look into matter before proceed. Kindly contact if information seems useful.
