Son has denied to take care of his Widow blind mother

Sir my mama left his mother my nani to my home and denied to take care of his mother, he is having two son Living in Gwalior and his ansestral house and property is in Kannauj, he has beaten his mother one day and left to Gwalior to his son and he want to sell his all property and going to settel in Gwalior, but he said that he will not take his mother with him because his wife and son don't want her. I don't want to send him Jail but want to teach him as lesson, I am ready to take care of my nani but want to make his life in some Trouble what option I have please guide me. My religion is Hindu.
