Sisters right in land owned by me and my father after his death

25-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
Hello sir, I have 5 sisters and 1 younger brother.. All are married before 1990 itself.. We have 3 acre of land, till 1997 the Property was only named after my father. In 1998 my father included mine and my brother name in R. T. C (ME 1958) & he did not included any daughter name in it..Now the property is jointly owned by my father, me, and my brother. My father died in 2008. Now all my sisters are asking for share in property... Do they have legal rights in share?

It is not clear whether the property you are referring to is ancestral or self-acquired by your father. If it is self-acquired then the daughter of the deceased has a right to the property. If its ancestral in nature then the daughters also have a right on the property subject to certain conditions which were made by way of amendment to section 6 of the hindu succession act.
