Sister not giving gold after mothers death, how to get the same

My sister is not gvng my share in gold....my mother dies n she had approx 100 tolas of gold....so if we file a case in court for gold ...how much deposit we hv to pay in court first to file a case

It depends upon the value of the value of that gold. The court fee would be decided on the basis of it

When you will liquidate value of 100 tola, it would be very big amount. So don't be bothered about court fee. You just proceed.
