Share of son on deceased father's property who died intestate

My father in law expired in 2008..He didn't make any will, after that my mother in law expired in 2016 she also didn't make any will, my husband is only son with elder sister and another is youngest sister, now both have claimed for equal distribution. But now we can't give them equal ....plz help me or suggest plz.

As per Hindu succession act, after the death of ancestors . all the successors have equal rights to the property . Hence in your case, your husband and his both sisters have equal rights on their parental property.
