share holder of property is purposely decleared as dead by others

Dear Sir My Grandmother was having land in Gulbarga after her death it comes to my father after his death it should come to me but my sister purposely declarer me as dead they have forged signed of my father on the application given to Tahsildar for dividing land & on Affedivate summitted to Tahsildar. Also on Vanshavali there is no name of my died brother Kindly help me on which article I can file a case & how can I get my land back?
