selling of inheritant property by mother when kids are minors

My mother sold our inheritant land to 3 people without concern of we 3 children when we were minors Can we put case against these buyers as we have not signed any papers and we children also were received partition, as per the then hindu property division law. That is mother and children received partition of ancestral property

Yes... If the property is sold without the permission of the court it can be challenged by those minors soon they attained the age of majority. In fact the minors property cannot be sold out easily. You can file a suit before the Munsiff court.
