sale of property through power of attorney

28-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My daughter owns a site in Bangalore. Later she added her husband for 50% ownership to make it a joint property. Since both of them are abroad, they want to sell the property through a POA by me. Kindly advise on the following: a) Whether POA can be given jointly or individually. b) Stamp duty or any other fee to be paid at Registrar of Stamps Thank.
