Sir after the death if your father , his property will be distributed as per
the succession act and since you and your mother are class-1 legal heirs there the property will be distributed equally among you all. You and your mother have a right in the property and the will your sister produced must be forged. , you can challenge that will and give obejctionnto it and until and unless your sis gets the will registered , she will not be able to get the property in her name.
