Right of Grandson on ancestral property under school of Dayabhaga law?

Pl. advice, is grandson has right to claim ancestral property under School of Dayabhaga Law however property is being already partitioned by grandfather children.

In Dayabhaga law there is no concept of coparcenary property all the legal Heirs in this or tenants in common and not the joint tenants if the partition has already been effected, let me know it's by deed or any court's order. If it has already been affected then you can challenge the same partition but make sure that you have not consented on that partition that means you do not have any signature on the deed or any document in partition suit

Yes under Dayabhaga law grandson has a right on the property if your father died intestate.beacuse as per Hindu succession act grandson and daughter falls under class II category.please contact for specification
