Registration of Property to My Father by Mother (who is Gpa holder .

This is Regarding a property My mother purchased it by Gpa i.e the current Gpa holder is my mother in the year in 2001.And we also have a sale agreement for it.But the GPA is currently not registered. But now we intend to register it my father's name. Is it legally valid to do so .The property is in Bangalore we currently reside in it.

first thing should register the GPA then after make any name after your mother name. before should change all documents belongs to your mother as soon as possible. there is a GPA necessary to register now. you not able to understand cantact me I will help thank you
