Regarding room allotment in redevelopment plan

Respected sir/ma'am My house was in slum area then it came into redevelopment plan. But since last 12 years project is only partially completed with no water and electricity. But people are frusted and they occupy any one room in building. But now committee of society is arbitrarily giving any room to any one and also giving few people room of their choice. Plz suggest what can be done to proctect the same room which had been occupy by us at start.

You need to approach the SRA Authority and complain and challenge about the arbitrary allotment of flats to the purchasers. Further you can file a separate application before the Registrar of Co-operative Societies for arbitrary allotment of rooms by committee.
