Regarding claim over property after more than 50 years

can anyone after more than 50 year claim the land where a colony reside with proper house tax etc

as per your enquiry I will give you advise that if a person know the all fact and the ownership of the other person and he never claim his right over the property and after 50 years he claims then he has no right to claim because it would be out of limitation period but if he doesn't know about the ownership of the other person and when he come to know about the wrong ownership of other person then he can claim his right over the the property but he will have to prove in the court that he was not aware about the wrong ownership and when he come to know he claim his right otherwise he will fail.
