If I stayed there more than 30 years

If I stayed there more than 30 years then there is any possibility Land lord claim now and say vacate the place this land belongs to me after more than 30 years is any law to protest my home and others 10 homes.

Yes, There are various provisions of law that can protect your possession . If you are tenant you shala be treated as tenant under law. If you are residing without any legal relation with land lord. Then you shall be protected under theory of adverse possession.
