Regarding an error made in the property documents

22-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Respected madam/sir A land of 2.46 acres land has been written to my father and my elder paternal uncle by their maternal grandfather. It was written that my father gets 1.90 acres while my paternal uncle gets 56 cents. Though that was given as a gift ,the document clearly states that my father and uncle bought it themselves i.e as sale deed. my father's land was registered first later my uncle's. My father got all the necessary documents like adangal n e-pass book, while my uncle got only 41 cents in all official documents except title deed. Now on measuring the land on a whole is short of 15 cents. Now my uncle is harassing my father to give up 15 cents as he has support of influential people inspite of us having all the necessary documents. He is not allowing us to cultivate our field and is using forceful methods to make my father submit to his demands. Does he have the right to ask for 15 cents from my father? In what way does court solve problems like this?

As per your query it is clear that it was sale deed.. And the person who purchased property will get rights against the subsequent purchaser. So can file a suit for permanent injuction against the subsequent purchaser I. e., your paternal uncle
