Redevelopment issue for oldbuilding

Hi,
My building is 30+ years old and we are looking for a redevelopment. Thought the issue is we do not have our CC and OC in place. Please let me know what can be done.
Is there a way to find OC/CC from BMC?
Can we apply for OC/CC?
Can we get the new OC/CC by clearing dues?
What would be the appox. charges involved for same?
Dear Querist, have you obtained conveyance in favour of your society would be relevant. If not then get the conveyance first. Then question of oc/cc will not be much relevant.
And only then you can go for redevelopment.
