Purchasing home which is on non diversion land

If i purchase a home which is built by builder on a without diversion land but that home will be financed by a private bank but not normal interest rate than I would like to know which is there any legal action can be done by govt. If yes than what action can be taken for purchasing a home which reasonable but not diversion permission

You should not purchase a house which is built on a non-diverted land.

Don't try to know consequences of buying a house built on non-diverted land. Because, I can't advise you to do a thing which is unlawful.

A land is permitted to be diverted for residential purposes on the discretion of the authority and after paying a prescribed fee.

If you purchase a house built on a non-diverted land, then this will be an illegal transaction.

First of all on a non-diverted agricultural land the home loan cannot be granted by the bank further If the land has not been diverted then the construction permission also cannot be obtained so the authorities like development authority and town and county planning authority can pass an order for demolishing the house so there are many risk factors
