Purchasing a Goan Portuguese house

19-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
Dear Sir/Madam I am a hindu, was told by my relative that there is old depilated Portuguese house for sale at very cheap rate but to transfer the house in my name I have to pay initially and advance of Rs. 50,000 and then I have to stay in the depilated house for nine months at a stretch on rent basis after this 9 months period I have to file a case against the co-owner for the ownership of the house and he/co-owner will agree to the court order and favour the case in my name and transfer the ownership of the said house in my name. The owner ship of the Portuguese house is in the name of co-owners uncle Earlier the house had two rightful owners one is the co-owners mother and the other is the uncle of the co-owner but after the death of the co-owners mother his uncle is only the rightful owner. Please kindly advise me if it a genuine offer. Your advice will highly be grateful. Thanks/regards
