Purchased a plot in 2012,having sale deed

Dear sir,
I an central government employee,in 2012 I purchased a plot in Pune wagholi area is wadebolia village next to kesanand phata.i hv legal sale deed,but not having 7/12.that time agent told me 7/12 would be done few years later,it was agricultural land that time,he will get NA status.
Now I need 7/12
Firstly, find out if your purchased plot has been converted to N.A., by visiting the Sub-Registrar's Office where your purchased plot is situated.
Secondly, I would like to know if your Sale Deed is a registered document. If not, you can still register the same by paying today's market value of the plot along with penalty, the ready reckoner of which is available with the Sub-Registrar's Office.
Finally, you can obtain 7/12 from the same Sub-Registrar's Office by paying a nominal amount.
