Purchase of a Flat in son's name

I am an NRI and want to buy a Flat in Bangalore in my son's name who is also in service but can not afford at the moment. He also files Income Tax Return every year. I want to do it as per the Law of the Land.
You can certainly purchase a flat at your fund in the name of your son and you will show your money has been gifted to the son for purchasing the flat and your son will also show the same in the IT file; this way many of my clients sucessfully proceeded. All the best and regards
