When we need to pay property tax for resale property. Before registration or after registration?
You are liable to pay property tax to the local authority after registration of the agreement previous tax is required to be paid by the previous owner which is also to be mentioned in the agreement you should check the details of the property tax dues prior to registration of agreement and ask previous owner to clear the amount of tax
