Property price Negotiation for an under construction property
14-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi,
I recently booked an under construction property. I just wanted to know if there is any scope for price negotiation once the agreement has been signed. Now due to the coronavirus situation I am under a bit of financial pressure so wanted to know if such a option is available. If yes, then what is the process for negotiating such a deal
Regards

There is no scope for price negotiation once you enter into the terms and conditions of booking and it is biniding to both the parties. Even price negotiation is in the hands of vendor and it is the discrition of the vedor.
You can request him before you enter into Agreement of sale, since you have only “booked “ the under construction property.
Please try to negotiate with vendors.
