Property division among 4 sons

02-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandmother has a 4 acre land and she has 4 sons. 2 out of 4 sons has debt and they are forcing grandmother to divide the property. Other 2 sons are against division because if divided they'll sell the property and lose everything. But their daughters who are still 14 will not have any future financial assistance for their marriage. Is there any way to divide property by securing their daughters interest.?

If the property is ancestral property then all the children and grand children will also have share in the family property. In the meantime to secure future of children you can make a regd. family settlement deed making them liable for their own debts and it should not affect any body rights over property.
