sir/mdm, i m from general category from odisha and one of my friend want to sale his land to me due to some financially problem , is it any problem to purches? if i ll purches plz guide me prosess
Yes, you can purchase it but, some procedure may follow.. these are the legal issues it depends upon the documents and status of the selling person. And it's his self owned property or ancestral one , a clear discussion may required..!!!
