Price Of Old Apartment After Calculating Depreciation

Dear Experts,
If the current price of a brand new 850 sq. ft. apartment in a gated society is a 100 bucks ,
then what would the approximate current price of the same apartment be, in real terms after calculating depreciation,
if it were to be 25 years old?

Hello there! It is not mere mathematical calculation. You are required to check it in ready reckoner property book. or you may get the exact amount from Sub- registrar office. The amount and percentage of depreciation is mentioned in that book. To calculate the same you need to go through that book. Let me know in case you want to get it calculated. I would need proper description of the property.
