Preparation of Property Release Deed

Hi - after the demise of my mother, I would like to release my share of the property solely to my father and hence would like a release deed and an affidavit prepared.
Affidavit to state that after my mother - my dad and I are the only legal heirs. I have no siblings.
Release deed to state that I would like to hand over my share and my mothers share solely to my dad.
Religion: Hindu
Note: This is not a matrimonial property since it was purchased after selling previous properties owned by my parents.
You can prepare Release Deed and transfer by way of Release Deed in favour of any person.
But there must be Registration of Release Deed.is necessary according to Registration Act.You can Register Release Deed in nearest Sub Registrar Office.
